About the Practitioner
I offer an integrative and depth-oriented approach. I combine expert medication management (when appropriate) with evidence-based psychotherapy (such as psychodynamic, ACT, or trauma-informed modalities). I create a safe, collaborative space where we don't just treat symptoms, but explore the roots of your distress.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and the impacts of personal or family trauma. Our initial sessions will focus on understanding your unique experience—whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in painful memories, struggling to focus, or weighed down by low mood. Together, we'll create a tailored plan to address these challenges and help you regain a sense of control.
